As part of a legal settlement, cessation medication and counseling is free for LA residents who started smoking before September 1988. Any service location of your choice. Free if qualified.

No cost three to six month program that provides outpatient treatment services to racial/ethnic minority men who are who are suffering from substance use and are at high risk for HIV or are living with HIV

5-7 day inpatient detox treatment; admissions M-F 8 am-2 pm; admissions based on bed availability. Detox and Residential free for uninsured, Medicaid (no private insurance).
